Privacy policy

Your game night is yours.

PipCount is built to keep game-night information private and on your device. This policy explains what the app stores and what it does not collect.

Effective July 12, 2026PipCount by Content Helper

What PipCount stores

PipCount stores player names, game settings, scores, rounds, game history, saved rosters, appearance preferences, free-game allowance state, and review-prompt eligibility locally on your device. The free-game count is also stored in the device's private Keychain so reinstalling the app does not restart the 25-game allowance.

This information is used only to provide scorekeeping, history, statistics, rematches, purchase access, and preference features. PipCount does not transmit this information to the developer and does not provide cloud sync.

Purchases

PipCount uses Apple StoreKit for its optional one-time PipCount Pro purchase. Payment information is entered and processed by Apple outside PipCount. The developer does not receive payment-card or bank information. PipCount checks Apple-provided transaction entitlement information to determine whether PipCount Pro is unlocked.

Collection and tracking

PipCount does not include advertising, analytics, third-party tracking, or developer-operated servers. The developer does not collect personal data through the app and does not sell or share app data with third parties.

Retention and deletion

Game data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or remove the app. Deleting the app removes its local game data. The anonymous free-game count may remain in the device Keychain so the introductory allowance cannot be reset by reinstalling; it contains no player names, scores, account details, or other game data.

Apple may retain the purchase record associated with your Apple Account so a non-consumable purchase can be restored. Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Children's privacy

PipCount does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. It does not provide accounts, messaging, public profiles, or online sharing.

Changes and contact

If PipCount's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the affected version is distributed.
